About Us

Shephalika has a Master's Degree in Computer Applications. She has served as a Software Engineer and later in managerial positions in various Indian and American IT Companies.

During the pandemic, coupled with her wish to serve senior citizens she decided to take a plunge into doing something that she is most passionate about - COOKING! 

It all started with her colleagues at work demanding Maharashtrain delicacies in lunch. That germinated the concept of Maharashtra Delight. It was in 2018, when Shephalika with the help of her family, put her 1st stall in local Diwali Mela. After many such souree, she started full time operations for Maharashtra Delight.

Mahrashtra Delight (FSSAI certified) now offers Maharashtrain and other food items from Home Kitchen in Vasant Kunj. Our customers are spread across Delhi NCR and have patrons in Rajasthan, UP and other states as well. 

We serve tiffins for working professionals, senior citizens and students in and around Vasant Kunj. 

We realize that the success of this business lies in the logistics to send food wich is fresh, hot and on time. We  are working with our partners on this aspect and hope to serve our customers better.
